The best way to get a feel for how we might work together is by having a conversation. This might be limited to a 15-minute consultation call, or hopefully may extend into a first session. Either way, our discussion will concern where you are coming from, what you are looking for, and any questions you might have about me or the process. And if we do work together, the expectation is that we will continue to revisit these questions, assessing the therapy as we go along to examine how things feel at any given time.
